Biography
Claudia Leisinger (b.1974) Based in London, Claudia spent her early childhood in India and Bhutan, before returning to Switzerland in 1980. She graduated from the MA course in Photojournalism at the London College of Communication in 2007 with "The Changes Within: Bhutan Between Monarchy and Democracy" a story which documented Bhutan's shift towards its first-ever democratic elections. This was published in the NZZ (Neue Zuercher Zeitung). She works as a freelance photographer for NGOs and magazines such as the Big Issue and The Telegraph and continues to produce her own photo-essays.

Mitch Karunaratne (b.1969) is a photographer based in London, currently studying MA Photography at University of Brighton. She is currently working on a series which explores the constructed mythologies of place, where our own histories, memory, story and fantasy collide. By looking back at her home, Canvey Island, seeing the objects, the places, the under loved and over looked she gives meaning to our sense of belonging and our relationship with place.

In 2009 he was the Tower of London's first Photographer in Residence, culminating in the work 'Other Histories'. His work has been exhibited across Europe and the UK, and his photographs are held in National and Private collections. He is currently working on new projects that further explore our relationship with official recorded histories.

Dan Bass (b. 1971) Studied at Rochester and Maidstone UCA, formerly known as KIAD. His recent personal work has taken the form of building large photographic archives of abandoned objects, Happy Birthday posters, lost shoes and over two hundred shots of random messages shot mainly on the north Kent coast. A selection of his photographs, and a short film were featured in the Folk Archive touring exhibition and catalogue, curated by Jeremy Deller and Alan Kane. He is currently working on two publishing projects in Hawaii and Paris.

Ben Speck (b.1981) is a German documentary photographer based in Norway. He moved to Portugal in 1990 with his family and after finishing school there, he went to England to study in 1999. Homer Sykes (b.1949) has been a professional photographer for over 40 years. He has worked on commission for clients across the world. However he principally worked for what used to be called the weekend colour supplements. The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Observer, You Magazine and the Sunday Express magazine. He also shot weekly news for Newsweek, Time, and the former Now! magazine, covering conflicts in Israel, Lebanon, West Africa and Northern Ireland, as well as weekly news in the UK. His work is held in private collections and exhibited widely, more recently at Tate Britain and the Victoria and Albert Museum London.

Anna Fox (b. 1961) is a British photographer. She studied at Farnham, Surrey, and first came to attention with her 1988 documentary study of London office life on the mid-1980s, Work Stations: Office Life in London, published by the left-wing Camerawork. Between 2001 & 2003 she published four monographs in her "Made in" series: Made in Milton Keynes, Made in Kansas, Made in Gothenburg and Made in Florence. She is currently shortlisted for the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize.

Simon Norfolk (b.1963) educated in England finishing at Oxford and Bristol universities with a degree in philosophy and sociology. In 1994 he gave up photojournalism in favor of landscape photography. He has won numerous international accolades, in 2004 winning the Infinity Award from the ICP in New York and in 2005 Le Prix Dialogue in Arles. His most noted work, Chronotopia, landscape photographs from Afghanistan, having found worldwide critical acclaim.
